Our quarter cows are $1,000 and consists of 100-105 pounds of our delicious home grown Angus beef! It is a variety from all parts of the animal. Including 40 packages of ground, 25 pounds of roast and stew meat. Steaks like ribeye, tenderloin, strip and other cuts are also included in this option.
