Our half cows are $2,000 and consist of 215-220 pounds of our nutrient dense local beef! With the half cow you will reviceve every cut of meat from the animal. Including 80 packages of ground, a variety of roast, steaks, a brisket, and bones. Organs and suet are also available in this option.
